We use heavy-duty, reinforced record mailers and bubble wrap to ensure your vinyl arrives in pristine condition. For high-value or limited editions, we use double-walled boxes for extra protection.
What is your return policy for opened media?
To maintain the integrity of our collection, we only accept returns on unopened and sealed records within 30 days of purchase. If a record is defective or skips upon arrival, please contact our support team for a replacement or refund.
