At ALC Records, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all items in their original condition. Please note that opened vinyl and limited edition media are eligible for return only if they arrive damaged or defective.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Prepare the Shipment
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring media is protected against warping or impact during transit.
Label and Send
Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Processing and Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
